We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as it was when received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s arrived and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If it still hasn’t appeared, feel free to contact us at sourcespiritpress@gmail.com for support.

We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please email us at sourcespiritpress@gmail.com and include a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

You’ll be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your return without tracking.
